Description of our Admin Staff
A prosperous admin department is essential to all businesses, which is why Heather Wilson ensures everything runs as routine. Responsible for handling files, documents and order forms to updates, complaints and enquiries, she is experienced at controlling it all with admin workers Jessica Roundtree and Jayne Wiiliams. All of the admin assistants share excellent skills in organisation and have to keep to strict deadlines, operate the reception lobby and iron out any administrative kinks, which makes them integral to the firm as a whole. Greta Darlington is the final team member and is the youngest and freshest recruit - she is particularly well versed in making the most of computer packages and formats after carrying out degree in technology.
IT Staff
Michael Smith is the team leader of the Warwick University Supplies IT office and handles most staff matters from handing out individual employee assignments and examining the progress they have made to evaluating their performance in general. He oversees strategy and tactics so that every computer-related task is finished punctually and swiftly. In addition to this he carries out appraisals and interviews for new recruits. System operations checker Gertrude Hasselbach ensures that there are no glitches in the Warwick University Supplies internal computer format and Terrence Chatworth assists clerks with smaller problems related to document creation, internet access, emails and spreadsheets. Online brand identity and written content is managed by Rosie Pitsworth who has a history of working for online writing establishments nationwide.

Brandon Stewart, management supervisor, has been connected to the firm for most of his working life. His main skills lie in effective leadership, mediation techniques and the encouragement of successful customer relationships. He was taken on by the company after a short stint working for another similar enterprise where he attained the necessary skills to excel in the field of management. Sheila Goodman, resource manager, is in charge of client and staff well being and is a much loved staff member. Her talents are unmatched and she brings disparate parts of the team together into a cohesive whole. Sheila enjoys time management tutorials and prides herself on her excellent history and achievements. Jerry Holswoth regularly liaises with Sheila by offering further support when required - he was employed by the firm in the early days and has enjoyed the rewards of its expansion.
